About Me

Lou Vidaillet has close to seven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder (2003) with a degree in History, Mr. Vidaillet joined the then boutique tenant representation firm Howard Ecker + Company. He quickly established himself as a top producer and has helped manage the expansion of Howard Ecker + Company into the New York, South Carolina, Colorado and Florida markets. Over the years Mr. Vidaillet’s job functions have included business development, transaction management, lead negotiator, sales manager, marketing, public relations outreach, website design and brand creation.

Mr. Vidaillet has negotiated lease transactions for a number of international and domestic companies and at the age of 29, became the youngest Vice President at Howard Ecker + Company. He His client roster includes international hedge fund, The Man Group, international manufacturing company, IDEX Corporation and one of the largest minority owned  law firms in the United States, Gonzalez Saggio Harlan.

Within Howard Ecker + Company, Mr. Vidaillet has created the Cleantech Real Estate Group (CREG) to focus on assisting Cleantech companies with their office space needs. He has also created the first and only video based blog dedicated to educating commercial office tenants, The Office Diggs.

The Office Diggs is dedicated to providing tenants with information on various topics being discussed in the commercial real estate office market sector. This is an interactive site where commercial tenants can join in conversation, gather information and get a better understanding of relevant issues relating to their office space.

Mr. Vidaillet holds real estate licenses in New York, Illinois and South Carolina. He is also a member of the Medical Research Junior Board Foundation at Children’s Memorial Hospital. His participation in this organization has helped raise a substantial amount of money for pediatric medical research.
